User Information and Disclosure Agreement

By using Transportation Station (the "App"), you agree to the terms of this User Information and Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the App, including any services provided through it (collectively, the "Services"). Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

1. User Information Collection and Use

The App collects and uses personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. This information may include, but is not limited to:

Your name, password, email address, phone number, and other details submitted when opening a new account as well as for identity verification.

Your location data, including pickup and drop-off points, fare estimates, and travel history.

Device information, such as your mobile device type, operating system, and IP address.

Information about your interactions with drivers, riders, and the App, including feedback, submitted photos, messages, and ratings.

We use this information to:

Process ride requests.

Provide customer support and resolve disputes.

Improve the App’s functionality, safety, and user experience.

Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

You consent to us using your information for these purposes.

2. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

Drivers and Riders: Your username, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, and service-related notes (e.g., message information) may be shared with the driver assigned to your ride. Your full contact information is masked to protect your privacy unless you consent to direct communication and disclose it in messages or by audio directly to the driver.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share information with trusted partners who assist in operating the App, cloud storage providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Enterprise Customers: If the App is used in connection with an enterprise or organizational account, we may share your information (e.g., name, contact details, transaction history) with that organization to manage or monitor services.

Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in response to a valid legal request, such as a court order or government investigation.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.

Use the App only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Not engage in conduct that is unsafe, reckless, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable, including failing to follow safety requirements or violating traffic laws.

Be responsible for all activities under your account, including any damages caused by your use of the App.

4. Data Security and Privacy

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Agreement within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions. The App provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee the timeliness, safety, legality, or quality of rides arranged through its platform. We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the App services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to Stat Ride and its services, including trademarks, trade names, logos, software, content, and graphics, are owned by Stat Ride or its licensors. Your use of the service grants you no rights to reproduce, modify, or otherwise use any Stat Ride intellectual property.

8. Termination

Stat Ride reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.
